Electronic control unit repair (replacement of pressure sensors) DSG6 02E 0D9 (DQ250)

• P1814 18222 - pressure control valve (KRD) 1-N215: open circuit / short to ground
• P1815 18223 Pressure control valve 1 (N215), short circuit to B +
• P1819 18227 - KRD 2-N216: open circuit / short to ground
• P1820 18228 Pressure control valve 2 (N216), short circuit to B +
• P0868 17252 - Pressure in the gearbox adaptation to the limit

If during computer diagnostics of the DQ250 (02E) box you see the above errors - the reason is mechatronics pressure sensors, the sensors are on sale, and we will also provide a service for replacing them. Also, the sensors change in case of oil leakage through the mechatronics connector, they begin to let oil into the ceramic board area, and this corrodes the conductive coating on the mechatronics board.

The process of replacing sensors looks like this:

1. Removing the electronic board cover
2. We check the voltage with a voltmeter, the normal indicator is 0.5V, if it differs greatly (by 0.1V or more), the sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced.
3. Disconnect wires from sensors
4. Using a milling cutter, we remove the factory punching on the sensors on the back of the board
5. Knocking out sensors
6. We prepare the board (remove the gel and dry it)
7. Installing and soldering new sensors
