K3 pack bushing, A/T 09D

При выходе из строя пакета К3 нарушается работа по переключению на 3-ю, 5-ю и заднюю передачи. Переключение проходит с пробуксовкой и ударами. Такое поведение является следствием падения давления гидравлической жидкости в канале гидроблока, отвечающем за управление пакетом К3.

To eliminate the malfunction , experts of Maktrans company developed a repair bushing. The bushing is made of an aluminum alloy identical to the material of the valve body. The shape and dimensions completely repeat the internal design of the pack K3 channel. Quality of manufacturing corresponds to the norms of original repair kits thanks to the use of numerically controlled machines.

The bushing is installed in the prepared channel. Preparation of the channel is carried out by reamers from the initial diameter of 11 mm to the diameter of the repair bushing 13 mm. The step of applying the reamers is 1 mm. After increasing the diameter of the valve channel, the bushing is pressed in with minimal force and reliably fixed in the valve channel of K3 pack. After the repair  K3 pack functioning is carried out in the normal mode, tas well as shifting to 3,5 and reverse gears.
