The parking mechanism in the 0BZ transmission is not implemented according to the classical design, when the parking gear is located on the output shaft (differential). The parking gear in this transmission is integrated into the sliding ring of the reverse & 4th gear synchronizer clutch.
The electro-hydraulic parking module is controlled by two solenoids N486 and N574.
Solenoid N486 secures the parking piston, which in turn ensures the parking position OFF. Parking shutdown is possible only when there is pressure in the hydraulic system, which is created by solenoid N574, providing switching between parking modes ON and OFF.
