Plastic [PEEK] and cast iron split compressionring kit ZF 6HP19 | [7 split rings in the kit]
The set consists of 7 split compression rings. 5 pieces are made of polyetheretherketone [PEEK], 2 rings are made of cast iron.
Plastic split compression rings are installed on:
- input shaft (forms a single piece with the E Clutch drum) - 3 pcs [have a trapezoidal connection, without a lock], outer diameter ~ 25 mm;
- clutch drum neck B Clutch - 2 pcs [overlapping, 3D form of connection], outer diameter ~ 45 mm;
Cast iron split compression rings are installed on the rear of the oil pump hub, which is also the hub of the A Clutch drum. The rings have an L-shaped lock.
The 2 cast iron rings have different diameters of 60 mm and 56 mm.
