The tightness of the valve body valves was restored by replacing worn-out valves with new, repair ones. Solenoids 4 - OVERDRIVE CLUTCH and 3-5-R CLUTCH were also replaced with new ones. These two solenoids are the most likely to fail on a given transmission model.
The valve body was tested on a specialized stand that simulates the operation of the valve body installed on the transmission, testing was carried out under the loads that the valve body receives during the operation of the vehicle. as a result of testing, the valve body was restored to the factory condition.
