Friction Plate Kit FORD 6F35 3-5 Reverse
Applies to 6F35 transmission only. NOT SUITABLE FOR GENERAL MOTORS 6T40 6T45 TRANSMISSIONS, as the disc has wider teeth on the outside of the friction disc. Consequently, the sun gear of the rear planetary gear, Reaction Sun Gear, which also serves as the hub of the 3-5 Reverse pack, has more chic splines (places where the plate is fixed in the hub) than in 6T40, 6T45. Based on this, the platess are not interchangeable, although at first glance they may seem very similar.
Friction plate:
- Thickness - 1.55 mm.
- The number of teeth is 36 pcs.
- Inner diameter - 144.90 mm.
- The number of plates in the pack 3 pcs.
