• The outer diameter of the case is 283 mm.
• The diameter of the inner sleeve of the reactor wheel is 43 mm.
• The diameter of the pilot is 34.95 mm.
• The height of the pilot is 22 mm. (from the base of the case)
• The number of mounting studs is 4 pcs.
• The diameter of the thread of the mounting stud is 9.90 mm.
• The radius from the center of the pilot to the center of the mounting pin is 142.75 mm.
• The distance between the centers of the mounting studs is 205 mm.

In this torque converter model, the friccine disc and front cover form a single inseparable part. The friction disc cannot be replaced as a separate component, only assembled with the front cover.

When the friction disk fails, the speed begins to “swim”, and vibration occurs at the moment of blocking. In the process of further operation of the car and ignoring these symptoms, the torque converter lock disappears and, during diagnosis, the device generates error P0741.

Error P0741 - Torque converter lock-up solenoid valve - functioning or “sticking” when closed.
