Pack B4 A/T AW-55 bushing

If pack B4 valve fails, 3 gear swirching is disrupted. Gearshifting is accompanied with slipping and thumps.. This behavior is a consequence of the pressure drop of the hydraulic fluid in the Valve channel , which is responsible for B4 pack work.
To eliminate the malfunction , experts of Maktrans company developed a repair bushing. The bushing is made of an aluminum alloy identical to the material of the valve body. The shape and dimensions completely repeat the internal design of the pack B4 channel. Quality of manufacturing corresponds to the norms of original repair kits thanks to the use of numerically controlled machines.

The bushing is installed in the prepared channel. Preparation of the channel is carried out by reamers from the initial diameter of 11 mm to the diameter of the repair bushing 13 mm. The step of applying the reamers is 1 mm. After increasing the diameter of the valve channel, the bushing is pressed in with minimal force and reliably fixed in the valve channel of B4 pack. After the repair  B4 pack functioning is carried out in the normal mode, as well as shifting to 3 gear.
