Torque converter bushing, Boost Lock-Up AW-55

If the channel of the torque converter control valve fails, there are problems with the revolutions when the driving mode is stable. Floating rpms while driving at a constant speed indicate the torque converter lockup lack. 
​To solve the problem,  Mactrans company experts developed a repair bushing. The bushing is made of an aluminum alloy identical to the material of the valve body. The shape and dimensions completely repeat the internal design of the lock-up valve channel of the torque converter. Manufacturing  quality corresponds to the norms of original repair kits thanks to the use of CNC machines.”
 The bushing is installed in the prepared channel. Preparation of the channel is carried out by reamers from the initial diameter of 16 mm to the diameter of the repair bushing 18 mm. The step of applying the reamers is 1 mm. After increasing the diameter of the valve channel, the bushing is pressed in with minimal force and reliably fixed in the valve channel of the converter lock up. After the repair, the lock-up mode of the torque converter is returned, the rpms stabilize, the fuel consumption for long trips with constant speed is reduced.
