Clutch Package K1 CLUTCH:

• The total thickness of the clutch pack K1 is 25.95 mm.

Support disk (steel):

• Thickness - 3.25 mm.
• The inner diameter is 141.10 mm.
• The number of teeths is 40 pcs.
• The number of discs in the set is 1 pcs.

Friction disk:

• Thickness - 1.70 mm.
• Outside diameter - 147.05 mm.
• The number of teeths is 54 pcs.
• The number of discs in the set is 7 pcs.

Steel disc:

• Thickness - 1.80 mm.
• The inner diameter is 141.20 mm.
• The number of teeths is 40 pcs.
• The number of discs in the set is 6 pcs.

Drum C1 is responsible for activating of 1-2-3-4 gears. Continuous exploitation of the automatic transmission with the metal fillings in the pan hereinafter leads to burning of pack C1 friction and steel plates, and then to replacing of  the entire C1 clutch drum. The problem is that the piston rotates in the drum and erases rubber piston.
