Installation:

1. Determine a suitable location for installing the AF-283 transmission main filter in your vehicle. It is recommended to choose a location that allows easy access for servicing and replacing the filter.

2. Connect the adapters provided in the kit to the hydraulic system of the transmission. Ensure that the adapters are properly connected and sealed.

3. Connect the oil-resistant D10 hose to the output of the transmission oil cooler and the input (in) of the AF-283 main filter.

4. Install the AF-283 main filter in the chosen location. This filter will remove wear particles up to 20 microns in size, preventing damage to internal transmission components.

5. Connect the quick-release fittings (11.8 ID8) to the filter and the hydraulic system of the transmission. Ensure that all connections are secure and sealed.

6. Connect the oil-resistant D10 hose from the output of the main filter to the input of the transmission.

7. Use spring clamps (D 16-18 mm) to secure the oil-resistant D10 hose. The clamps will provide reliable attachment and prevent hose detachment.

8. Verify that all connections and attachments are securely installed and sealed. Ensure that the filter is in the correct position and does not interfere with other vehicle components.
