Oil pump 6F35 GEN2 (second generation, pump casing for 22 fastening bolts to the hub, oil seal for a retaining ring) 13-up.
- The valves on this pump have been restored. All pumps are tested for tightness with a vacuum tester after refurbishment.
- The pump is ready to be installed on the transmission.
Transmission pump 6F35 second generation GEN2 can be identified by a number of signs:
- All second generation pump housings have a round mark on the top with a number in the center. This figure indicating the year of manufacture, all values from 13 onwards indicate that we have a second generation pump, since GEN2 transmissions began to be produced in 2013. Also at the bottom is the original pump number
- If we pay attention to the pump / torque converter oil seal, we can see that it is fixed in the housing with a retaining ring.
- Paying attention to the part of the pump, which is marked in red in the figure, in this place we will see two threaded holes for attaching the pump housing to the hub. The first generation pumps have three threaded holes in this location.
- The pump gears are of the same diameter and thickness and can be interchangeable between generations GEN1 and GEN2.
- The TCC Control Valve and the Pressure Regulator, which are located in the aluminum pump casing, are absolutely identical and can be used in 6F35 pumps without reference to the transmission generation, that is, they are interchangeable.
