Main cause of valve body failure is wearout of layer, which covers the friction plates and the remains of a heat-resistant adhesive. Its small but very dense and sharp particles form a dust that acts as, abrasive, clogging the opening between the plunger and the working surface of the hydraulic unit. The valve itself has a harder surface than the body in which it operates, it leads to wear of the valve bore and plunger malfunction. After valve body openings are processed by reamers and using special bushings produced by  "Maktrans" company, hole diameter is fully consistent with manufacturer running clearance.
