Cellular coolers-heat exchangers are installed on the JF015E. Its narrow grooves become clogged with automatic transmission wear products after 120,000-150,000 km of mileage. Cleaning and flushing of the heat exchanger is not possible. We have produced a plate adapter JF015E. The plate adapter allows you to install an external radiator and an additional filter INSTEAD OF THE HEAT EXCHANGER.
- How does it work? You dismantle the heat exchanger and install an additional filter through the adapter.
- Why install temporary filtering? For chip oil cleaning.
- What are the consequences of having shavings in the oil? Solenoids stop working.
