On the K310 K311 K312, cellular coolers-heat exchangers 33493-20100 are installed; its narrow grooves become clogged with automatic transmission wear products after 120-150 tkm. Cleaning and flushing the heat exchanger is impossible; you can read more about this problem here.
With age, the machine needs cooling more, as it already has significant contamination, multiple leaks, and even after repair, the oil heats up much more intensively than a new gearbox. To protect the iron and clutches from overheating, which subsequently leads to expensive repairs of the valve body, we produced an adapter K310 K311 K312. The adapter plate allows you to install an external radiator and an additional filter INSTEAD OF A HEAT EXCHANGER.
