Installation:

1. Determine a suitable location for installing the C406 inline filter on your vehicle. It is recommended to select a location that provides easy access for maintenance and replacement.

2. Connect the included adapters to the automatic transmission hydraulic system. Ensure the adapters are properly connected and sealed.

3. Connect the oil-resistant hose D10 to the outlet of the automatic transmission oil cooler and the inlet (in) of the main filter C406.

4. Install the C406 inline filter in a suitable location. This filter will filter wear particles down to 20 microns in size, preventing damage to the internal components of the automatic transmission.

5. Connect the 11.8 ID8 quick-release fittings to the filter and the automatic transmission hydraulic system. Ensure all connections are secure and tight.

6. Connect the oil-resistant hose D10 from the outlet of the main filter to the inlet of the automatic transmission.

7. Use D 16-18 mm spring clamps to secure the D10 oil-resistant hose. The clamps will ensure a secure fit and prevent the hose from coming loose.

8. Check that all connections and fasteners are secure and airtight. Ensure the filter is in the correct position and does not interfere with other vehicle components.
