The main filter of the automatic transmission filters wear products up to 10 microns , such as corrosive material, adhesive bonding of friction discs, small chips from friction clutches and locking clutches. The external filter is installed after a major overhaul, a complete oil change or detection of chips in the system, it prevents wear products washed out by new oil from entering the valve body and solenoids.

- How does it work? You remove the heat exchanger and install the fittings into the holes, then press the plate against the box body.
- Why install temporary filtration? Cleaning oil from chips.
- The filter element is covered with metal chips up to 20 microns.
- How long should you drive with filtration? It is advisable to drive with filtration for 30-50 km and remove it
