Work performed:
Hard parts (iron):
- The OUTPUT planetary gear has been replaced. Output planetary gear wear is a common problem in 8F35 transmissions.
Valve body:
- Bench tested. Solenoids replaced (if necessary, based on bench testing results).
Torque converter - repaired with complete disassembly.
- O-rings, seals, bearings, and worn parts were replaced (as needed).
Bushings:
- Torque converter/oil pump hub bushings have been replaced with new ones.
Filters:
- Filters - replaced with new ones (cylindrical housing, main transmission filter).
Gaskets, seals:
- All gaskets and seals have been replaced with new ones.
- The B/E Clutch drum hub's Teflon rings have been replaced with reinforced plastic ones.
Warranty - 1 year:
Each transmission undergoes bench and road testing on vehicles .
