Drum Direct is resposible for the work of 3 4 gears.Replacement of Direct drum is required in case of presence of grooves from teflon rings. The presence of grooves inside this drum on Mazda 6 or Mazda 3 results in thumps when switching from 4 to 2 gears. Due to wearout of drum Direct 4f27e, FN4AEL, a brake band and friction plates of the third and fourth gears burn.In this case Ford P0752. error code is diagnosed.
It is desirable to replace the teflon rings of rear cover of Ford Fiesta and Focus.
