It Is located in the external or upper part of the drum C3/C2 of AT A960E. Packet C2 activates from 4 through 6 gears. It is located at the base of drum of AT A960E. These packets are subjected to wear because of a pressure drop in the valvebody. Also grooves from the Teflon rings are reasons for replacing the drum Direct/ Reverse.
