Gear shift fork bearing DQ250 02E DSG 6

Gear shift mechanics DQ250 02E DSG6
Four couplings (driven by hydraulically controlled gear shifting forks. Each fork is held by ball bearings in two steel bushings. Steel bushings are written in the gearbox housing and form cylinder cavities for two plungers that can move the fork in both directions. The control pressure is supplied through the openings in the gearbox housing to the back (open) cylinder cavities (hydraulic cylinders). Each shift fork is equipped with a separate sensor that responds to the exact position and stroke of the fork switching off.

The pressure on the shift forks is applied in such a way that, depending on the requirement, they take a left or right end position (the corresponding gear is engaged), or an intermediate (neutral) position.
