The dual drum of Forward - Direct  of automatic transmission CD4E is responsible  for the forward movement. In the drum there are  2 defects:

 1. Groove under the check ring is torn off. The automatic transmission  CD4E starts with the slippage.

2. Crack appears between the packets FORWARD and DIRECT . There is a slippage with the forward movement in  CD4E.
