One of the features of this AT is fully-automatic valve body, which made it possible to ensure the maximum speed of gearshift and optimized the work of transmission according to  the manner of driving of auto-owner. At the same  time it is necessary to say that tuning of  this gearbox did not allow the sport and aggressive manner of driving. With the smooth acceleration the box guaranteed maximally precise gearshifts, that ensured the opportunity of the optimum realization of the dynamic indices of powerful motors. Wear and pollution of solenoids and valves of hydro-plate led to the nonstandard work of system. Still several years after release valve bodies  were actively modified, were reprogrammed, correcting diseases  typical for those years: the rapid wear of channels, flow of oil, and as consequence — pressure drop in the system. For lack of which already suffered the bushings and “iron itself”. In essence the valve bodies produced since 2003 until 2006. are simply  substituted after making  their small (ok. of 160-200 tkm) resource. Valve body  09D for all automobiles was principally modified at the end of 2005. 6 linear solenoid-regulators (1 black - TCC and 5 green — EPC, K1, K2, K3, B1) and 2 Shift-solenoids  (which  disturb little) are used for repairing the valve body  TR-60SN. Masters say that  problems with the oil pressure and combustion of the packets are  due to the work of linear solenoid-regulators and wear of the channels of valve  body . Owing to the fact that  the solenoids were not supplied separately, then it is necessary to change entire worn valve body  with the solenoids. Some people are using new bushings for   solenoids, when this solves problem. At present for 09D and 09G the unoriginal solenoids appeared, whose replacement frequently solves the problems of valve body .
