Hydroaccumulator repair machine

           Repair of hydraulic accumulator requires special equipment that can ensure compliance with all technological processes. The machine provides the ability to perform diagnostics and maintenance of hydraulic accumulator, as well as the replacement of individual components, such as sealing rings, springs, pistons.

           
            The equipment has special fastening mechanisms, designed to hold and fix the hydroaccumulator during repair, which ensure convenient and safe placement of the hydroaccumulator during assembly and disassembly.

The machine is equipped with:

• Electronic control system and indication of necessary parameters.
• The hydraulic system.
• Mechanical locking lever.
• High pressure nitrogen supply system (≥ 24 bar).

             The locking of the accumulator components by means of a mechanical-hydraulic system enables safe disassembly/assembly of the accumulator, testing of the accumulator operation for leaks, pressure and overall performance.
             The hydraulics is powered by a low pressure oil pump driven by a 220V electric motor and controlled by an electronic control unit.

The machine is equipped with safety mechanisms, designed to prevent injury to the operator or damage to components during the operation of the hydraulic accumulator.

The ergonomic design of the machine ensures ease of use and accessibility to its components.
