Total height - 61 mm.

• The number of splines on the shaft seat is 28 pcs.
• The height from the piston body to the seat of the retaining ring is 23.50 mm.

Clutch Pack K1 CLUTCH (C1 1-2-3-4)

• The total thickness of the clutch pack K1 is 22.05 mm.

Support disk (steel):

• Thickness - 3.95 mm.
• The inner diameter is 130.75 mm.
• The number of teeths is 40 pcs.
• The number of discs in the set is 1 pcs.

Friction disk:

• Thickness - 1.45 mm.
• Outside diameter - 147.05 mm.
• The number of teeths is 56 pcs.
• The number of discs in the set is 6 pcs.

Steel disc:

• Thickness - 1.80 mm.
• Outside diameter - 130.80 mm.
• The number of teeths is 40 pcs.
• The number of discs in the set is 5 pcs.

The  K1 drum  is responsible for activating 1-2-3-4.. Prolonged  operation of the automatic transmission with the shaving in the pan subsequently leads to the combustion of friction clutches and steel platess of pack K1, and then to the replacement of entire drum of the clutch K1. The problem is that the piston is rotated in the drum and erases rubber piston rings.
