In case of overheating of oil in the automatic transmission A442F or AW450-43LE pump bushing is welded to the neck of the torque converter. The Toyota Land Cruiser oil pump starvation is also the reason for replacement of the pump housing.
Bushing is also being broken due to beating of the torque converter, which is bolted to the flywheel, a crack in it leads to an imbalance of A442F fluid coupling .
