A bushing is installed on the central part of the covers, the drive gear of the power take-off box, also known as PTO (Power Take-Off), runs along the bushing.
In transmissions without PTO (Power Take-Off) on the central part, the bushing is not installed, as it produces a rotating element in the form of a PTO pinion gear. In such transmissions, the cover is rigidly fixed on the hub and sealed with a rubber ring.
