Reconditioned (rebuilt) transmission assembly with torque converter TOYOTA / LEXUS U760E (FWD) - final drive 20 x 73

The transmission is completely refurbished and ready for installation on the vehicle.

Transmission.

The transmission was completely disassembled. Internal components were inspected for wear. Friction and steel discs were replaced with new ones as needed.
The clutch drums were tested for leaks on a specialized stand, and the sealing rings and pistons were replaced.
The axle shaft and torque converter seals have been replaced with new ones.
Planetary gears and helical gears are diagnosed and replaced if necessary.

Frame.

Counter Drive gear bearing race rotation is one of the main problems with U660 and U760 transmissions.
The Counter Drive central gear bearing seat has been restored and milled to factory size.

Valve body.

Diagnostics and necessary repairs were performed, valves and solenoids were replaced, and the system was leak-tested on a specialized test bench.

Torque converter.

Diagnostics were performed, internal components were dissected and inspected for wear. O-rings and friction linings were replaced with new ones. The unit was welded, leak-tested, and balanced.

• Intermediate shaft driven gear - 46 teeth;
