When we rebuild this U660F transmission, we don't just repair it; we engineer out the original factory flaws.
First, we permanently fix the notorious case wear issue. We completely TIG weld the damaged bearing bore with a high-strength, hardened aluminum alloy, then precision-mill it on a CNC machine back to factory specs. This upgrade locks the bearing perfectly in place so it will never spin or destroy the case again.
Because case failures usually chew up the internal gears, we completely replace the front aluminum planetary assembly to guarantee quiet, smooth power transfer. Inside, we install all-new friction and steel clutch plates, along with brand-new rubber hydraulic pistons. This restores 100% factory fluid pressure, meaning absolutely no slipping and crisp, instant gear engagement.
