The sleeve is used to regenerate the seat of the drive pulley rear thrust roller bearing  0AW311440B.
To install the repair sleeve, it is necessary to prepare a seat. The procedure for preparing the bushing seat takes place on specialized CNC equipment. The damaged layer of cemented metal is removed, this layer cannot be removed with a conventional turning tool.
The exact dimensions and coaxiality of the removed material are observed. After that, a new cemented sleeve is pressed into the prepared place.
The repair is completed, the working part under the roller bearing is restored.
A damaged bearing must be replaced with a new one.
