The output gear transmits torque to the intermediate shaft of the differential drive (Transfer Gear / Gear, Counter Driven). The output gear is supported by the main support bearing of the automatic transmission housing, which is subject to increased wear and vibration. When replacing the gear, the bearing must also be replaced.
