Symptoms arising from valve breakage:

- Overheating of the automatic transmission torque converter;

- The engine stalls when the vehicle is stopped;

- The engine stalls when switching from neutral (N) onto the Drive.

 The reason of faults appearance is wear between automatic transmission torque converter lock up valve and sleeve, which prevents the possibility of moving the torque converter control valve to a position in which the lock is disabled.

 

The kit consists of a valve (anodized aluminum), the sleeve (wear-resistant aluminum), springs.
