We have successfully installed the reconditioned valve body for your DSG7 DQ500 transmission. After installation, we completed the basic settings and adaptations. I also monitored the live data—specifically the clutch pressure and the shift fork positions—to ensure everything is operating smoothly and within factory specifications. The transmission is working perfectly."
Replaced:
- separator plate;
- valves;
- solenoids (which, according to diagnostic results, were not working);
The tightness of the channels was tested on a specialized stand.
The hydraulic unit is ready for installation on the car.
