The reactor wheel is sold WITHOUT thrust needle bearings.
The following symptoms indicate the incorrect operation of the reactor wheel and overrunning clutch:
when the gear is engaged, the engine receives an increased load, raises the fuel supply, the car tries to break away.
In an extreme case, when an overrunning clutch is rotated in the reactor wheel housing, the wheel starts to rotate freely in any direction, thereby disrupting the oil flow inside the torque converter. The oil flow created by the pump wheel with increased force acts on the blades of the turbine wheel, as a result of which the car breaks off the brakes, starts moving uphill of any angle.
The following symptoms may indicate a problem in the operation of the reactor wheel and its overrunning clutch:
- car accelerates poorly
- lost dynamics
- extraneous noise appeared during the operation of the transmission.
