A complete, ready-to-install control and power-transfer solution for the Audi 7-speed S-tronic (DL382) transmission. This set resolves common 0CK failures including harsh shifting, loss of drive, gear selector malfunctions, and clutch slip under load. Every unit is strictly road-tested under real-world thermal and dynamic stress to guarantee flawless calibration and hydraulic integrity.

Installation Notes for Technicians
Fluid Requirement: Must be filled with OEM-specification dual-clutch ATF (for the mechatronic/clutch circuit). Do not mix with the gear train MTF.
Adaptation: Requires a basic settings adaptation and clutch kiss-point calibration via ODIS or a compatible diagnostic tool post-installation.



  • All friction and steel discs have been replaced in the wet clutch.
  • The tested solenoids on the stand are installed in the hydraulic unit, and high and low pressure filters are replaced.
  • The clutch and hydraulic block have passed road tests on the car.
  • The values of the coupling adaptation can vary in the range from 2.2 to 2.5 bar.
  • After installing the clutch kit and the hydraulic unit, basic settings must be performed.

This function is used to perform a basic setting of the gearbox when the valve housing or the gearbox control unit has been replaced.

Note:

  • When the control unit is replaced, the basic setting 1 to 5 must be performed in order.
  • When the valve housing or separate valves are replaced, the basic setting 2 to 4 must be performed in order.
  • When the gearbox is replaced, no basic setting must be performed since the gearbox is already calibrated.

Test conditions:

  • Ignition on, engine off.
  • Activate the parking brake.
  • Gear selector in position P.

Procedure:

  1. Start the function and follow the instructions in the program.
    • If the function fails, check the test conditions and repair any faults.
