Drum B - DIRECT for automatic transmission ZF 6HP19, ZF 6HP19A 00-up

The drum  B or Direct in automatic transmission 6HP19 passes a rotation on the third, fifth and reverse gears. It  connects  drum A and sun cog-wheel of  rear planetary gear. Weak places  in the drum  B 6HP19 are:

Sliding sleeve
Beds of  Teflon rings
Belleville spring piston B
Low pressure because of the   solenoid B
In the case of wearout of  bushings or  slide bearings in drums of  automatic transmission 6HP21, 6HP19  slippage or failure to start a reverse gear can occur.

You can buy a drum assembly with five friction discs. The drum is equipped with: 1071272004 friction discs, steel discs1071372025 and pressure plate  1071372061.
