DQ200 0AM DSG 7 / DQ400 0DD mechatronics accumulator repair (refill)

In automatic transmission 0AM (DQ200), such a problem is often encountered, when switching from neutral to DRIVE - the gear is engaged with a delay of 2-5 seconds, while computer diagnostics may show error P0841

In the photo below - 2 graphs, on the left you can see the pressure drawdown, which is the cause of this problem, on the right - the correct operation of the box.

Possible reasons:

1. If the problem only manifests itself when the engine iscold, check the oil level in the mechatronics.
2. A crack in the mechatronics accumulator housing (there are reinforced accumulator housings on sale that eliminate this problem)
3. Faulty solenoid
4. Hydraulic accumulator mechatronics

Consider exactly 4 reasons, the accumulator. Structurally, it is very simple, it is a body, piston, seals and a retaining ring. Over time, the seals lose their properties and the pressure inside drops.

Repair of the accumulator looks like this:

1. Disassembly
2. Replacement of seals
3. Filling with nitrogen up to 24 bar
