Set of steel and friction discs B Brake ZF 8HP65A, 8HP75 GEN2 (for use with spring rings) - 5 friction discs (ext. Ø 193.50 mm), ATTENTION! Spring rings are not included!

This kit is designed for use with spring steel rings that are installed between the steel discs on the outside of the friction discs.
This solution is used in GEN2 transmissions.

Since both the spring ring and the friction disc need to be located on the same plane, friction discs with an outside diameter of 193 mm are used - they are smaller in diameter than those used in B Brake packs without steel rings between the steel discs, where the outside diameter of the friction disc is 198 mm.

The discs sold in this set are removed from the original ZF8HP GEN1 transmissions (outer diameter of the friction disc is 198 mm) and cut on a CNC machine to a size with an outer diameter of 193 mm.
