Valve body complete with solenoids ALLISON 1000PK — 29550908, 29550905 (6-speed, 2010)

The valve body was completely redesigned in 2010 and is not compatible with previous years' versions.

Main changes:

• In 2010 , fully adjustable main pressure modulation was introduced.
• The castings were redesigned to accommodate new valves and rerouted oil passages.
• The switching valves SV1, SV2, SV3 , as well as the main control valve, have been redesigned.
• Updated PCS1 and PCS2 valves, solenoids and their fasteners.

New part numbers:

• Upper part of the hydraulic unit housing: No. 29550905, (29545983) ;
• Lower part of the hydraulic unit housing: No. 29550908, (29550271) ;
• The separator plate has been redesigned, new number: 29545980 (the last 4 digits are stamped on the plate – “5980”).

Designations on solenoids:

• Solenoids SS1, SS2 and SS3 are engraved 6833 .
• PCS-1 and MMS solenoids - black plastic connector, marking 29541895 .
• PCS-2 solenoid - brown connector, marking 29541896 .
• TCC solenoid - red connector, marking 29541898 .

Design changes:

• Internal wiring harness has been replaced, new GM part number: 29545308 .
• Distinctive features of the new hydraulic unit:
  ✅ There are no tubes on the bottom of the body.
  ✅ The main pressure modulator housing has been removed .
  ✅ Solenoid G is excluded , a new main modulator solenoid (PWM type) is installed instead.
