QR025CHA CVT

Since 2017, Chery has launched the advanced QR025CHA CVT (also referred to as 025CHA or CVT25) and QR025CHC CVT (025CHC / CVT25) continuously variable transmissions, which are equipped with an electro-hydraulic control system and are installed transversely. These variators are designed for front-wheel drive vehicles with gasoline engines up to 2.0 liters in volume and capable of developing a torque of up to 250 N m.

The specified transmissions have found wide application in such models as Chery Tiggo 4, 4 Pro, 7 Pro, 8 and 8 Pro, as well as in crossovers Exeed LX, Omoda C5 and S5, Kaiyi E5 and X3 Pro, and other representatives of the new generation of the Chinese auto industry.

The working fluid is the branded Chery Genuine CVTF WCF-1 transmission oil. The full filling volume is 7.3 liters (with a tolerance of ±0.2 liters), and with a partial replacement - about 5.8 liters. The manufacturer recommends renewing the oil every 40,000 km to maintain optimal operation of the unit.
