• Precision Clearance Adjustment (Shimming): Simply installing new bearings isn't enough. We meticulously measure and install precise metal shims to adjust the exact clearance between the moving parts. This ensures the gears mesh perfectly with zero excessive play, preventing vibrations and premature wear in the future.

• Installing a New Aluminum Support Plate (Cover): When the original bearings wear out, the resulting misalignment almost always chews into the aluminum housing plate that supports the generator rotor and oil pump. We are replacing this cover completely with a new unit to guarantee a perfectly stable, structurally sound mounting surface for the internal components.

• Replacing the Oil Pump: Metal shavings from failing bearings inevitably contaminate the oil pump, and a damaged support plate often ruins the pump's internal clearances. We are installing a brand-new oil pump to guarantee your transmission receives maximum fluid pressure, cooling, and lubrication.
