Oversized Valves for 01J (0AN Multitronic, VL-300)

Oversized valves for the 01J automatic transmission valve body (also known as 0AN Multitronic or VL-300) allow for restoring the sealing of channels compromised by the presence of small debris (such as metal shavings or abrasive dust from friction discs) or due to significant mileage of the vehicle.

The valves are made from high-quality aluminum and coated with hard cold anodizing, which provides increased wear resistance.

For valve installation, the appropriate reamer is required, as specified in the description of each valve. Additionally, the following tools may be needed:

• Valve body fixture tool
• Vacuum tester
• Polishing tool (allows vacuum adjustment and, if necessary, lowering it to the desired level while improving the surface finish of the hole)
